We are pleased to invite you to EPP’s PhD Students Day, which traditionally is held the day before the annual EPP Day. During this special day, selected PhD students will present their work and receive feedback.
The PhD Students Day also provides an excellent opportunity for meeting other EPP PhD students in a setting that is both professional and casual. The day is designed for interaction. Also after the PhD student presentations there is ample time for discussing results and their implications.
Beyond the Lab: Finding Meaning and Balance in Your PhD Life
In this workshop, we will explore what truly matters to you and how your values can guide you in creating a more balanced and fulfilling PhD life. Through reflection and practical exercises, you’ll gain insights into how to align your work with your personal priorities, helping you navigate the challenges of academia without feeling overwhelmed. By the end of the session, you’ll have some concrete strategies to maintain a sense of purpose and balance—both within and beyond your PhD.
